Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AERIALLY's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

AERIALLY provides drone-based building inspection services, including but not limited to:

  • Facade and exterior wall inspections
  • Roof condition assessments with thermal imaging
  • Structural analysis and documentation
  • SB-4D milestone inspection support

Service Limitations

Our drone inspection services provide visual documentation and AI-assisted analysis. These services are intended to supplement, not replace, professional engineering assessments. Final structural determinations should be made by licensed engineers or architects.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property to be inspected
  • Ensure proper access and permissions for drone operations
  • Notify us of any known hazards or restrictions
  • Provide timely payment for services rendered

Intellectual Property

All inspection reports, images, and analysis provided by AERIALLY remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use these materials for their intended purpose.

Liability Limitations

AERIALLY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled inspection will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather and Safety

Drone inspections are subject to weather conditions and FAA regulations. We reserve the right to reschedule inspections due to unsafe conditions. Rescheduling due to weather does not incur additional fees.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
